Structure & Noise: Progress

I am having quite a lot of trouble setting up the code to create the repeating patterns. I still want to use the idea I had to create a structure out of noise, but it is going to be a lot harder than I first thought. When I try to create a cross, then get it to repeat and scale down in size, Processing crashes and wont load anything. I have tried debugging to figure out the problem, however I do not understand how to fix the problem. Because I still want to use the idea of creating a structure out of nosie, I may have to change the structure itself.
