Make & Modify: Hero Shot

I have completed my 81 iterations and produced my "hero" shot. This hero shot represents my three words, storm, shatter and violent after continuous development.
 
 Using many modifiers I came to this point and feel that this iteration represents my words. The many different faces of the sharp points represents the word shatter. And the way these points are arranged helps to represent the word violent in the essence that they are forceful and abrupt movements. Storm is also involved in this iteration as there is movement around a central point. I have applied an image of shattered glass to my models. This formed a bright colour on my models, which has a shocking contrast against the deep black background. Because of this contrast and the illusion of sharp points, I decided to use the black background. I applied lighting to emphasise the shattered pieces and enhance their contrasting colours. I also made some points on the model slightly darker to show the dark nature storms have.
