I have created some sketches based on the three words I have chosen. One word is a noun, adjective and verb. Below are the sketches I have created from my precedent images that represent the words I have chosen.

I have chosen the word storm as my noun and below are the sketches I have created from my precedent images. The idea that speaks to me from my precedent image is that there is a dense point in the storm and becomes sparse.


For the verb shatter, I came up with these sketches. The part of shatter that interests me is the fact that for shatter to occur, there must be sufficient force at a point to create the shattering effect. I have experimented with a few different ways of trying to portray this idea.


Here are the sketches I produced to represent the adjective violent. From my precedent images I took the forceful and energetic characteristic movements. Using a mixture of soft and forced lines, contrasts the powerful and energetic movements that I was trying to create.
